The Glute Challenge Series was such a creative way to sequence the exercises to target the Glutes. I never would have thought of that! I'm excited to try it with clients!

Meet Your mentor
Hi, I'm Alyssa, and I'm obsessed with helping Pilates instructors become incredible teachers who feel confident AF no matter who walks into the studio.
I'm a STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer and I've spent a decade mentoring Pilates instructors all over the globe, helping them build their confidence and become knowledgeable, in-demand instructors who get great results for their clients.
By mastering my craft, I’ve been able to work for myself full time, make significantly more money than I did at a studio, travel the world while growing my business and step into a role where I get to help other instructors do the same!
I want you to do more than just survive as an instructor. I want you to LOVE teaching, trust yourself, get incredible results for your clients, and build a career that gives you the life you want, too. I'm so excited you're here!!
